Olivia Tucker Scholarship Fund (OTSF)

The Olivia Tucker Scholarship Fund was established to commemorate the life of Olivia Tucker, a FASNY alumna who passed away in 2006. To date, the Olivia Tucker Scholarship Fund has raised more than $1 million, allowing many students—who otherwise may not have had the opportunity—to experience the exceptional bilingual and multicultural education FASNY offers.

This is a temporarily restricted fund: 100% of the funds raised are provided as scholarship to students in the following academic year.

At the gala, we will make an ask for support from our community to support this crucial fund. 

What does OTSF Support?

Financial Aid

Financial aid provides access to a FASNY education for families who would otherwise not be able to afford it. Bringing together students from different backgrounds and communities creates a more diverse and dynamic environment for all students. 

  • $2.5 million in financial aid awarded to qualified students in the 2020-2021 school year.

  • The Fund helps provide the FASNY experience to students who may otherwise be unable to attend for financial reasons, and thus supports the School’s goal of promoting economic diversity. 

  • Sending your child to FASNY represents an investment in your child's future, and for some, choosing our school requires a significant commitment to financial planning.

  • FASNY remains firmly dedicated to helping families afford this educational choice. 

ALL DONATIONS TO THE OLIVIA TUCKER SCHOLARSHIP FUND ARE 100% TAX DEDUCTIBLE UNDER U.S. LAW.
